Document Description
The proposed project is the construction of 9 single family dwellings on an existing 28,099 sq. ft. lot. Each dwelling will be two stories, 30 feet in height and ranging from 2,829 sq. ft. to 1,868 sq. ft. in floor area. Each unit will have 2 covered parking spaces. Guest parking spaces will also be provided on-site as required. A 24-ft. wide private driveway rom Oklahoma Ave. provides access to all of the proposed small lots. The project will require the demolition of a single-family house, a detached accessory/garage, and the removal of 19 non-protected trees. The entitlement request is for a Vesting Tract Map, VTT-73602, to create a small lot subdivision of 9 lots, and a Zone Change from RA-1 to RD3-1, this project will also require a Devonshire/Topanga Corridor Specific Plan project permit compliance and design review.
