Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0176-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Palmdale Aerospace Academy as represented by Nardy Lopez.
The project intends to construct a storm water detention basin and a storm drain purposed to handle existing storm water runoff that enters the site from the existing channel at the Avenue Q-10 Cul-de-sac. This project is related to the development of the Palmdale Aerospace Academy Elementary. Construction of the structure will consists of grading and excavating both upland and streambed habitat and cut and fill activities.
