Document Description
The proposed projects include three separate projects: the Recology Green Rail Project (CUP2015-0007), which includes the construction of a new rail spur and unloading facility to allow for the delivery and unloading of daily waste and beneficial reuse materials for use at the Recology Ostrom Road Landfill; a new Compost Facility (CUP2015-0008); and amendments to the CUP (CUP2009-0001) and Solid Waste Facility Permit to clarify the waste and associated waste truck intake limits as well as alternative daily cover and other non-waste truck or vehicle anticipated counts. The project also proposes an amendment to the Recology Ostrom Rd Landfill Conditional Use Permits 92-02 and 92-06 to clarify the terms of the permit related to materials brought to the site for alternative daily cover.
