Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project consists of: 1) constructing multi-use trail from Bond Road to the west end of the existing Laguna Creek trail in Camden Park, then north to MacDonald Park along Beckington Dr., 2) rehabilitating an existing weir, and constructing a bridge crossing Laguna Creek. The project will permanently impact 0.185 acre and temporarily impact 0.435 acres of waters of the U.S.
