Document Description
The proposed project would involve the demolition of an existing 7,000 sq. ft. commercial building (Footlocker) and associated surface parking lot and the construction and operation of two new buildings: a four-story mixed-use building with ground floor retail and three stories of residential condominiums (eight units total), and a two-story building with ground floor retail/office and second-floor office space. The two buildings would be connected on the second level by an elevated walkway, and a pedestrian plaza area would be located on the ground level between the two buildings. The proposed project would also include a surface parking area and one level of subterranean parking. Total gross floor area of both buildings would be 29,249 sq. ft., including 9,035 sq. ft. of retail, 2,949 sq. ft. of office space, and 17,265 sq. ft. of residential space.
