Document Description
The proposed project is the County of Fresno 2015-2023 Housing element of the General Plan, to be adopted as required by Gov't Code Section 65580 et. seq. The General Plan Housing Element is a multi-year housing plan covering the period 2015-2023. As a policy-level document, the 2015-2023 Housing Element will not entitle or fund any specific project. It proposes no changes to the land use designations that are allowed by the General Plan. The Element lists programs that may be utilized by development projects requiring approvals and review under CEQA, but the Element does not provide the approval for any development project or for any program that may be utilized by a development project.
