The SBVMWD is proposing to construct and operate the City Creek Turnout and Pipeline Project (Project) in coordination with the East Valley Water District (EVWD). The project would modify SBVMWD's City Creek Turnout at the existing Foothill Pipeline and construct a new raw water supply pipeline, approx. 1,500 feet in length, and appurtenances in order to provide flows that allow EVWD's Water Treatment Plant 134 to operate at its capacity of 8 million-gallons per day.
