Document Description
The AUSD plans to acquire and develop 2.31 acres for operation of the STEAM Elem. School. A 1.6 acre portion of the land will be state funded and the remaining 0.7 acres where the church sits and the multipurpose room will be constructed will be locally funded. STEAM Elem. School will consist of 24,668 sq. ft. of new buildings which will include 12 standard classrooms, 2 Kindergarten Rooms, a Library/Media Center, Resource Center, Multi-Use room, Service Kitchen, and Administration Offices. The multi-use and administration office buildings will be locally funded. The new school will have approx. 23,000 sq. ft. of asphalt. The master plan capacity of the site is 350 students.
