Document Description
The Douglas Family PreserveTrails Restoration Project will rehabilitate and renovate approximately 0.92 miles (about 4,860 linear feet) of the existing PreserveTrails, providing Universal Access to about 1/3 of the existing three mile Preserve trail system. The Project will also reduce trail erosion, improve Preserve safety and access, foster the restoration of native habitats and help prevent further erosion. The Project will remove approximately 1,867 linear feet of dilapidated asphalt located within existing trail loop corridors proposed for Universal Access improvements. All work will be performed within the existing trail loop corridors and follow existing topography, with the exception of minor grading to meet ADA requirements.
