Document Description
The project is limited to the removal of a previously existing failed culvert and associated debris and installation of a temporary culvert and soldier pile wall in an unnamed tributary of San Pablo Creek. The Project shall remove the temporary structures, grade slopes and install plantings along the channel banks following completion of the Project. The Project is located near 140 Spring Road in the City of Orinda, Contra Costa, County, in the State of CA. The CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0046-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Orinda as represented by Larry Theis.
