Eretz Murrieta Properties, LLC (Project proponent) is proposing to implement a skilled nursing facility on an approximate 5.29 acre site, located within the City of Murrieta, western Riverside County, CA. As presently proposed, the project proponent has prepared two applications that allow development of the project site as an assisted living and skilled nursing facility: Development Plan DPO 2015-585 and CUP 2015-584. Development Permit DPO 2015-585 is submitted pursuant to Ch. 16.56, Development Plan Permits, of the City's Development Code, for the site development. CUP 2015-584 is submitted pursuant to Ch. 16.52, CUP for the proposed use.
