Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0254-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation. The larger scope of work includes improvements to a three-mile segment of SR 88 from Post Mile (PM) 21.6 to PM 24.6. The project is limited to the widening of SR-88, extension of existing culvert, installation of rock slope protection (RSP), and removal of riparian vegetation. The project will be completed when the streams are dry. The project activities will result in approximately 0.042 acre of permanent impacts and 0.088 acre of temporary impacts to areas consisting of bed, bank, and channel habitat within the project area.
