Document Description
The scope of this project involves dissembling what remains of the standing portions of the Chamberlain Creek Barn/Garage with a crane and other heavy equipment. No site grading or excavations are necessary or proposed. Portions of the wooden structure will be recycled and/or re-purposed while other wooden and non-wooden components and contents will be disposed of at a waste facility. The gantry hoist support structure and appurtenant steel components will be retained and loaned to a historical group for conservation and display.
