Document Description
The proposed project is a site plan review, conditional use permit, annexation and prezone. The principal objective of the project is the development of the Pilot Flying J Travel Center on a 9.17 acre portion of a 24.5 acre site for regional travel serving uses. The project will involve the development of fueling facilities, traveler amenities, and parking facilities for passing motorists and commercial truck operators. Additionally, the project would annex and prezone 27.65 acres, including two (2) additional parcels adjacent to the 24.5 acre site. All three parcels are located within the City of Lathrup Sphere of Influence, north of Roth Road, east of the I-5.
