Document Description
The project is limited to three encroachments (Table 1). One encroachment is to perform maintenance and armoring of an obstructed stream crossing; if the existing culvert is damaged or dysfunctional, Permittee shall reconstruct the crossing with a new culvert. The other encroachments are to decommission two crossings on a disused road. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal ofill material, excavation and contouring to recreate the original channel grade and orientation, and rock armoring and revegetation as necessary to minimize erosion.
