Document Description
The project is limited to one encroachment (Table 1) for the decommissioning of a ford stream crossing. Work for this encroachment will involve the removal of any fill within the stream banks, pulling back the slope and installing erosion control and plating with native seeds as appropriate. The Permittee has disclosed a water well located at approximately 40.4595, -123.6359. This well is presented as the sole source of water for all needs on the property. CDFW did not evaluate hydraulic connection of the well to surface water, nor was a hydrogeologic evaluation prepared by a licensed geologist provided for CDFW review. See NOD for full details.
