Document Description
The CA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife has executed LSAA No. 1600-2017-0770-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Nikolay Vasilev. The project consists of eight encroachment(s): One encroachment is for a water diversion from an Unnamed Tributary to Dairy Creek for domestic use. Project work includes facility retrofit, use and maintenance of infrastructure. Three encroachments are to upgrade failing/undersized culverts. Work for these projects includes excavation, removal and replacement of the failing/undersized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and erosion control. Three encroachments are for stream restoration. Work for these encroachments includes removal of fill material from the stream, recontouring, and revegetation. One encroachment is for size reduction of a hydrologically connected pond. Work for this project includes excavation, recontouring, fill compaction, and erosion control.
