Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0063-R1 , pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Devin Carstensen. The project consists of two encroachment(s): One encroachment is for water diversion from Mineral Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use. Work for this water diversion will include facility retrofit, use, and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The other proposed encroachment is to upgrade an undersized culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the undersized culvert, replacement with a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill , and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. A hydrologically connected aesthetic pond was also disclosed onsite; however, no modification is required at this time.
