Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-HUM-10826-R1 , pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Nicholas Glass. The project consists of four encroachment(s): One encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to the Little Van Duzen River. Water is diverted for domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include facility retrofit, use, and maintenance of diversion infrastructure. One proposed encroachment is to upgrade a road stream crossing. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, placement of a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill , and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. Two encroachments are for channel restoration on a Class II and Class Ill stream. Work for these encroachments include minor excavation, placement of checkdams, and minor rock armoring.
