The project is limited to 15 encroachments. Three encroachments are for water diversion for commercial irrigation purposes. Work for the water diversions will include use and maintenance of water diversion infrastructure. The 12 other proposed encroachments are to upgrade failing and undersized stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of fill material and/or failing culverts, replacement with new properly designed crossings, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as
