The project is limited to 4 encroachments on unnamed tributaries to the Mad River. Three encroachments are to maintain or upgrade undersized culverts or inadequate stream crossings. The other encroachment is to upgrade a failed pond spillway. Work for these encroachments will include some or all of the following: excavation, culvert removal, culvert replacement, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
