CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0157-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Soloman Fahey.
Project is limited to 4 encroachments. Encroachments involve the following work: 1) replace an existing 18" plastic culvert with a 24" plastic culvert; 2) Decommission a crossing on a fire road; and 3) and 4) each involve upgrading dirt fords on ATV roads to rocked fords.
