The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-HUM-10161-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jomra Kan. The project consists of one encroachment(s): One encroachment is for riparian restoration on an unnamed tributary to the South Fork Eel River and the South Fork Eel River. Work for this encroachment includes nonnative invasive vegetation removal and replanting of disturbed areas with native riparian plant species, as outlined in the Restoration and Monitoring Plan (Plan) included as part of the project notification
