Document Description
Project is limited to 1 encroachment for water diversion from an unnamed Class 2 tributary to Center Line Creek, tributary to the Mattole River and the Pacific Ocean. The diversion is sourced from a small spring box that gravity feeds a 3/4 inch poly pipe. The permittee has 24,000 gallons of storage. Water is diverted for domestic household use (including fire suppression) and for the cultivation of cannabis. Work for the water diversion will include use, maintenance and necessary improvement of the water diversion infrastructure. The property was inspected for diversions, non-county/municipal road crossings and potentially impacted fish, wildlife and plant resources.
