Document Description
The project is limited to four encroachments. Water is soured from a well which has not been assessed for hydrologic connectivity. The applicant has agreen to limit well extraction to 200 gallons a day from May 1st to October 31st beginning in 2019. Agricultural irrigation water will be stored prior to this date. The four proposed encroachments are to upgrade undersized culverts and improve an onstream pond spillway. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of failing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of dill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
