Project is limited to 4 encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from unnamed spring that is tributary to East Branch South Fork Eel River. Water is diverted from a small spring through a 1 inch poly-pipe for domestic household use and cannabis cultivation. A second encroachment is for water diversion from a small rain catchment storage pond for cannabis cultivation. A third encroachment for the permitting and maintenance of a functioning 18-inch ditch relief culvert. A fourth encroachment is for a functioning 24-inch ditch relief culvert. Work for the spring water diversion, pond diversion and stream crossings will include use and maintenance of the infrastructure.
