Document Description
DTSC has approved a Class 2 Permit Modification pursuant to CA Code of Regulation (CCR) Section 66270.42(b). This request was submitted by Clean Harbors on April 25, 2013 with subsequent revision on February 17, 2015 and August 12, 2015. The Modification authorizes the Clean Harbors Los Angeles Facility to recycle used oil from electrical equipment by adding additional testing to currently permitted activities. The Facility is not modifying equipment/processes, increasing capacity/throughput, or altering current procedures for management of the oil (other than additional testing to show that it meets the used oil recycling purity standards).
