The installation, use & maintenance of an unmanned Wireless Telecommunications Facility (WTF) with 12 panel antennas, 12 RRU's with 12 A2 Packs, 6 raycaps, and 1 radio equipment cabinet inside existing rooftop equipment shelter, with new 11-ft. in height antenna screens, and 1 stand-by AC generator, all mounted on the rooftop of the existing, 69-4" in height, White Memorial Medical Plaza building, having removed existing other carrier's (Nextel) antennas and roof screens, in the C2-1-RIO / RD1.5-1-RIO Zone. The project would require a Conditional Use Permit.
