Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0101-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Pacific Land Company, Blue Ribbon Enterprises, LLC, and Highland Hills Development Corporation.
The project is limited to the construction of a residential development consisting of 99 lots with an average density of 2.6 dwelling units per acre. There are two proposed points of entry into the project, and the proposed tract map includes an open space area of approximately 6.5 acres and a 1.5-acre park. The project will include mass grading, development of residential pads, improvements, and restoration planting of Riversidean sage scrub (RSS) and riparian vegetation. On-site flows reach Poorman Reservoir approximately one mile downstream via underground culverts and open drainage systems.
