Document Description
SWRCB as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The CA Water Service Company - Bakersfield proposes to install treatment facilities at Well 146-04 site for the removal of 1,2,3 trichloropropane (1,2,3 TCP), trichloroethylene (TCE), and total organic carbon (TOC). The facilities will be sized to treat 2,000 gallons per minute and will be located within the existing footprint of the well site which is owned and operated by California Water Service Company - Bakersfield. the addition of the treatment facilities will provide water that meets drinking water standards. minimal site grading may be required to place foundation structures for treatment vessels and piping modifications.
