Document Description
The purpose of this project is to identify and rehabilitate undesirable trails within a specific area of Carnegie SVRA in an effort to meet objectives identified in the park's MS4 permit. Routes will be selected from existing trails within the zone 46 and within only the northern portions of Zones 44 and 47. The total area where project activities are expected to occur is approximately 47 acres. The project will be implemented in two phases: phase one will rehabilitate a 21 acre boundary and phase two will rehabilitate a 26 acre boundary. The trails that are identified as unsustainable and/or obsolete for recreational purposes will be closed (approximately 30,000 linear feet) and rehabbed.
