Document Description
The proposed ALUCP will replace the existing Comprehensive Airport Land Use Plan for the City of Red Bluff and City of Corning's Airports, which were adopted in 2001.
Requirements for creation of ALUCs were first established in 1967 under the California State Aeronautics Act (Pub. Util. Code S21670 et seq). Although the law has been amended numerous times since its enactment, the fundamental purpose of ALUCs has remained unchanged. The proposed project is the adoption of the Tehama County Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan.
