Document Description
A modification to a previously approved Coastal Development Permit and Special Permit (CDP-04-32/SP-04-40) in order to construct a single family residence. The scope of development includes a 2-story 2,198 sf single family residence that will have a maximum height of 25-27 feet, a 708 sf garage and storage area, 408 sf of decking, an on-site wastewater treatment system, a paved driveway, and four- to six- foot retaining walls to accommodate the driveway. The parcel will be served by water from Seawood Estates Mutual Water Company. A Special Permit is required for Design Review, removal of three trees, a parking exception due to topographical constraints, and a reduction to a 50-foot setback from a stream.
