Document Description
The San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a Clean Water Act Section 401 water quality certification (Cert. No. R9-2015-0162) to the project applicant, USL2 Oceanside G.P. LLC. The applicant proposes to develop 36.54 acres of a 70.65 acre site for residential and commercial use. The project proposes to build 33 detache dhomes, 268 townhomes, and 20,000 square feet of commercial space. A total of 0.1 acres of non-wetland waters of the United States and/or State will be permanently filled.
