Document Description
The proposed project is for the construction, use, and maintenance of a new public charter middle school and high school that will function as two separate schools, sharing common space and parking. The facility would be two-stories within 30 feet of height, consisting of approximately 65,900 sf, serving a maximum of 1,050 students on a 74,930 sf site. Two existing single-family dwellings will be demolished as a part of the project. Parking for teachers, students, and visitors will be provided on-site within a one-level subterranean garage with 101 spaces and 17 short-term surface parking spaces will be provided in front of the school for pick-up and drop-off activities. The school proposes to utilize a public address system and bells. Hours of operation are proposed from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
