Document Description
Project involves on encroachment activity: the seasonal direct diversion of surface streamflow from Woodman Creek using a gasoline-powered portable pump. The project proposes to continue an on-going water diversion of up to 6.9 gallons per minute. Stored water will be used during low streamflow streamflow periods. Proposed storage will include water tank(s) that will be acquired in the future. Storage tank(s) will be located in areas above the 100 year flood flow of Woodman Creek. Diversion will be made under Small Domestic Use Registration Appropriation. Water diverted under this Agreement is limited to existing purposes and places of use, including irrigation and domestic supply. No riparian vegetation or mature trees are proposed to be removed or cleared, and no excavation activities will be conducted within the stream channel.
