Document Description
SWRCB as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The California Water Service Company proposes to increase storage capacity for the water system by installing a 3.86-million-gallong tank along with a 1-MG tank, designated phase 1 and phase 2, respectively. The MPS Station 27 Beresford Tanks Project would double storage capacity at existing Mid-Peninsula District station 27 from 5 MG to approximately 10MG. Phase 1 includes the installation of the new 3.86-MG concrete storage tank (161 ft in diameter and 35 ft in height), and also associated piping and accessories for connecting to the existing distribution system. Phase 2 will include installation of the 1-MG tank (80 ft in diameter and 32 ft in ht) and associated piping and accessories to connect to the existing distribution system.
