Document Description
Development of a 12 acre site with seventy-seven lots ranging in size from 4,200 sf to 8,500 sf providing an average density of 6.4 dwelling units per acre. Access will be provided at two points on Francisco Avenue; one at the north boundary and one at the east boundary. Homes will range in size from approximately 2,610 to 2,986 sf and not exceeding 28 feet in height. Green design measures will be incorporated throughout with solar on each home. An approximately 1,830 linear foot stretch of Francisco Avenue, that occurs west of the project site and piner-Olivert Charter School, will be widened from its existing width of 18-20 feet to 25 feet to accommodate a 20-foot unobstructed travel way for emergency vehicles and a 5-foot pedestrian pathway.
