Construction and operation of distribution and storage facilities to serve the western portion of district's service area (cities of Eastvale and southwestern Jurupa Valley) with recycled water from either the Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority Treatment plant, Inland Empire Utilities Agency, or both. Approx total of 47 miles of recycled water pipelines are proposed throughout this area, including a proposed pipeline extending into the cities of Chino and Ontario to connect with IEUA's recycled water system. A clear well is also being proposed and will be located at the WRCRWA Treatment Plant. The clear well will store recycled water from the plant before conveyance to the pump station.
