Document Description
Manning Canyon Sewer and Water Replacement: A Site Development Permit and Easement Vacation for the replacement, tunneling, rehabilitation, and installation of a total of 15,785 linear feet of sewer mains and 2,555 LF of water mains. Approximately 1,541 LF of existing 8- and 10-inch vitrified clay sewer pipes would be replaced-in-place in the same trench alignment with new 8- and 10-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) piping; 2,591 LF of 8-inch VC sewer pipe would be rehabilitated using trenchless technology; 10,602 LF of new 8- and 10-inch PVC sewer piping would be trenched and installed in new alignments; and 1,051 LF of new sewer pipe would be installed in new trench alignments using tunneling equipment.
