Document Description
The project includes a lease of 47 acres of federal land for the construction and operation of a 68,243 sf school on 31 acres of the 47-acre site, relocation of the existing Murray Middle School program to the new school site, and demolition of the existing school facilities. The new school would accommodate up to 896 seats. With the exception of the start time, which would be later than the existing school's start time, all other school operations of the new facility would be the same as the existing facility. Development of the new school would require the removal of 20,077 cubic yards of impacted soil. Soil improvements activities would start as early as October 2015.
