Note: Reference SCH# 1993082009 The Proposed Action is a revision to the existing Apple Valley Clay Mining Conditional Use Permit and Reclamation Plan to pursue the balance of mineral reserves in phases of approximately 6-acres each along with site reclamation. The proposed revision includes: 1) an extension of time to allow for continued mining until 2030 and reclamation until 2035; 2) improved standards for on-site drainage; and 3) improved standards for revegetation before reclamation closure.
