Document Description
Triennial update to the Building Energy Efficiency Standards found within California's Building Code. The updates will ensure more efficient use of natural gas, electricity, and water in newly-constructed buildings, as well as in additions and alterations to existing buildings. The Standards are also known as the California Energy Code, and are in part 6 of title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, with associated administrative regulations in part 1, chapter 10. The updates include the associated ACM Approval Manual, and Joint, Residential, and Nonresidential Appendices.
