Document Description
The Master Plan consists of conceptual plans for physical improvements; a resource management plan; an educational/interpretive plan; a trails plan, and phasing and implementation actions. It includes recreational imrpovements for multi-use and hiking only trails; equestrians faciltiies; a Park center that includes a visitor center with interpretive and educational facilities; improved restrooms, parking, and park access; a new ranger residence, and water supply and wastewater facilties. The Master Plan provides recommendation for habitat restoration and protection and interpretation of significant cultural and historical resources.
