CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0049-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, El Dorado County Transportation Division.
The project is limited to creation of a paved walking/bike trail parallel to Sylva Valley Parkway between Harvard and Apian Ways. The trial will result in installation of three culvert crossings; one for a seasonal stream and two crossings of seasonal swales.
