The Project is proposed by Outfront Media and involves construction and operation of one new double-sided LED outdoor advertising display (OAD) on City-owned property adjacent to the channelized Cowan Canal that would be oriented toward traffic along adjacent US 101. The OAD would have display faces approximately 14 feet high by 48 feet wide and is proposed to reach a maximum height of up to 50 feet with the decorative pole extending up to 58 feet including area hotel signage and a City of Millbrae logo.
