The Master Plan yielded a preferred site plan and a series of capital improvements projects, including replacement of existing and construction of new facilities, to be phased in over the next 20 or more years at and near the Water Pollution Control Plaint. Many of the existing buildings and processess at the WPCP would be decommissioned and replaced with new buildings and processes.
