Document Description
The proposed project is the adoption and implementation of the 2036 Placer County Regional Transportation Plan Update (RTP). The RTP contains three primary elements: Policy Element, Action Element, and Financial Element. The RTP is a comprehensive transportation plan for all modes including: highways, local streets and roads, transit, bicycle, rail, and goods movement. The RTP contains policies, actions, and financial strategies for short-term and long-term transportation projects.
