Document Description
Placer County Department of Public Works, in conjunction with the Caltrans and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), intends to replace the existing Brewer Road Bridge over Pleasant Grove Creek (19C0135). The new 3-Span CIP prestressed concrete slab bridge will be approximately 156 ft long and 35 ft wide, with two 12-ft wide traffic lanes, two f-ft wide shoulders, and two 1.5-ft wide concrete barriers. Road approaches will be widened to a width of up to 32 feet, including two 12-ft lanes and two 4-ft paved shoulders. Brewer Road will be closed to through traffic during construction. An approximately 9 mile detour will be established on local roads.
