Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction and operation of a 1-million gallon (1.0 mg) steel-welded reservoir, which measures 80 feet in diameter and 32 feet in height; a pump station with a concrete masonry building; an arsenic water treatment facility; and two 30-inch pipelines connecting the proposed reservoir and pump station to existing facilities. The proposed improvements would occur on approx. 1.73 acres at the District's approx. 13.72 acre existing Lord Ranch Facility plus an approx. 0.09 acre off-site property between Pepper Ave. and the Lord Ranch property for an access driveway.
